2. The speed of the belt and the grinding wheel adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which is stable and precise speed regulation for different material workpieces, different paint surfaces and different kinds of sanding materials;
3. The sand head can automatically compensate the grinding wheel consumption according to the length of the sanding workpiece, reducing the cumbersome manual compensation; the compensation method of this equipment is compensated by the actual length of the grinding workpiece by the encoder wheel, PLC, cylinder and ratchet method, and the feeding speed The change does not require correction of the compensation parameters, which is much better than the compensation of the number and time;
