Machine Details
Serve motor control system is used for timber feeding, guarantees the veneer thickness in a high precision, avoiding blade scratch on the timber.	Double V-chutes are used for both sides the machine, with high parallel; special polymer wear-resistant material coated on the surface. Machine runs in higher stability and with less friction.	Special designed big size driving gear runs smoothly with a low noise when it runs in a high speed.
7 units wood clamps for long size block	Convey belt send the veneer out steady	All the operations and alarm can be shown on the computer interface, it is easy to operator.
	Hydraulic wood clamping system: whole casted beam holds the log strongly, and hydraulic driven hooks clamp the log tightly and effectively.

   The unique cutting angle design is adopted to achieve the ideal slicing effect. This machine mainly grind all type of linear knives, like guillotine knives,slicer knife, peeling machine knife, Granulator knife, cutting paper knife and Shearing Blades.
  Adopt high-power drive system to enhance the cutting power.The vertical movement of the grinding head adopts the ball screw, to ensure the accuracy.
  The design of large column and cross beam greatly improves the stability of the whole machine in the slicing process.
  The feed system adopts ball screw with brake motor to eliminate feeding gap and improve veneer accuracy.
  This machine body is a design of gantry body, with the high-quality steel weld; stress relieved eliminating the internal stress.
  The body has high strength and good rigidity. No shrinking in centre of body.Job accuracy of machine is 0.01mm.
  The worktable is the electromagnetic chuck. The width of the magnet is 180mm. It is very convenience to clamp knife. The worktable is easy to adjust the angle by worm gear.
