The heavy precise hydraulic dual-cutter veneer machine is a price of equipment essential for seamless veneer splicing. It solves the problem of cutting arising from the overlaying veneer by single cutter, effectively improves the utilization efficiency of raw materials. Also, it can realize perfect cutting of spliced veneer in processing. One procedure can enable simultaneous precise cutting of both edges, thus ensuring the horizontal cutting precision of veneer.
Its characters are described as follows.
1.The dual-cutter rapid cutting and compression element vertical motion of the machine are realized through hydraulic motion.
2.The width of 350(650)mm for compression element can fully satisfy working equipment, even for small narrow veneer.
3.The transmission parts of the machine are composed of 4 parallel high-precision guides and 2 high-precision roller screws, which can ensure high operating speed, small heat generation, quick heat dissipation, low noise and high precision.
4. The operating mode has two options, manual and auto.
5. Due to the adoption of a grating ruler for positioning, its precision can be controlled within 0.1mm, The maximum cutting width is 650mm, with accurate cutting angle.
